PRICES & PAYMENT
You will be informed how the fee is calculated before the engagement begins. The prices below apply to privately paying clients.
15 minutes corresponds to SEK 500 including VAT.
01 — HOW BILLING WORKS
Once we have accepted the engagement, all legal work and handling performed within the matter is chargeable.
Each separate telephone call and each instance of email handling within an ongoing engagement is charged at a minimum of 0.25 hours (15 minutes), even if the contact takes less time. If the work takes longer, the actual time is charged.
Charges also apply to meetings, reviewing documents, legal assessments and research, drafting submissions, and contacts with authorities, courts and opposing parties.
Where possible, we provide an estimate of the expected time required. An estimate is not a fixed price unless a fixed price has expressly been agreed in writing.
A brief first contact to establish whether we can accept the matter is free of charge. It does not include legal advice or analysis. Billing begins once the engagement has been accepted and commenced.
02 — PAYMENT & FUNDING
Invoicing and payment terms are stated in the engagement confirmation. Disbursements and external fees may be added after you have been informed.
Legal expenses insuranceIn some disputes, legal expenses cover in your home insurance may pay part of the cost. The terms are determined by your insurer.
State legal aidState legal aid may be available in certain cases. Eligibility is assessed individually.
Court-appointed assignmentsSpecial remuneration rules apply if a court or authority has appointed public counsel or a defence lawyer.
